Robeson Creek Boat Ramp

Ever tried finding a new boat ramp that doesn't have an address? Well, I have an it's not a fun way to start your fishing day, trailering a boat and being lost. Also, wouldn't you like to see if boat ramps have docks, nice loading areas and decent parking? Every time I go to a new boat landing, I'll post a quick summary with pictures, so you can checkout each boat ramp landing.

ROBESON CREEK BOAT RAMP- (Click link to see on Google Maps)
Accessed from US-64 across Jordan Lake (midway between Pittsboro and Apex)
Watch for the sign at the entrance road
From Hwy 64---Turn on Foxfire Trace, Turn Left on Dee Farrell Road, Turn Left on Hanks Chapel Road, and go past Tiger Rescue on Right Side....Canoe access is on left, continue and TURN LEFT at sign for Robeson Boat Access.

Robeson Creek Boat Landing

Robeson Creek is equipped with 2 landing slips and 1 floating dock. The loading is fairly deep (when the lake water is high...like in this picture) and you can access with a larger Bay Boat.

Robeson Creek Parking

Parking lot will hold about 40 Rigs, but Robeson Creek tends to be the less trafficked boat ramps, compared to Ebenezer and Crosswinds.

Just a reminder to you night time catfishermen,
Park Hours: Nov thru Feb 8a-6p; Mar and Oct 8a-7p; Apr and Sep 8a-8p; May thru Aug 8a-9p.

Robeson Creek (looking from Dock)

Robeson Creek channel is 20-30' deep (when water level is up, like in this picture), so deep hull boats can access the Haw River and head down to Lake Jordan and the Dam from Robeson.
